My Story
I grew up in sport-obsessed Australia, obsessed with fitness, food, and performance — but like a lot of young athletes, I blew it.
I had the talent to go far in rugby league, but I wasted those years chasing distractions and blaming everyone else for my failures.
​
It wasn’t until I left the game and quit drinking that things finally clicked. I realized what every successful coach and expert was actually saying:
Discipline isn’t optional. It’s everything.
​
Without it, knowledge is worthless. And without action, potential means nothing.
Now, my mission is simple:
To help men — especially dads like me — reclaim their health, their bodies, and their discipline.
To show them how to lose fat, build muscle, and conquer anxiety and depression without drugs or gimmicks.
To lead from the front. For themselves, and for their kids.

I coach from experience. I teach what works. And I believe in truth over trends — because life doesn’t adjust to you. You adjust to life.
And when you do? You become dangerous again.

Mark is an Australian ex-professional Rugby League player with over a decade of experience playing in Queensland, New South Wales, across Europe, and within the USA. Mark also represented the USA National Rugby League team in the 2013 & 2017 World Cup, captaining the team in the 2017 campaign.
Growing up within the competitive sporting world, Mark has always had an acute interest in health and wellness, he is particularly passionate about prevention techniques and bulletproofing bodies through nutrition and training.
Mark has been working in the industry for 15 years around the world alongside his rugby career and most recently opened the first gym in 2018 in Rural Queensland Australia, and then moved on to New York to open NCFIT Armonk in 2020 which became FWD/Fitness Armonk in 2021.

In 2022 Mark moved his gym to Hawthorne NY and opened another one in Katonah.
Mark specializes in fat loss by using animal-based eating, functional fitness and strength training.

Mark is dedicated to his trade and to his clients. He really does want to make the world a healthier and fitter place.
