Aim for at least 1g of protein per pound of ideal body weight. Most high-performers we coach see dramatic changes around this level. For a 160 lb goal weight? That’s 160g of high-quality protein per day.

Prioritise animal-based sources. Beef, eggs, fish, lamb, and organs are the gold standard. They’re what our coaches (and mentors like Dr. Chaffee, Dr. Saladino, and Dr. Baker) live on.
